About Us

It is the tradition of the scholars to supply education free of charge to the students and the audience. The mission of Scholarly Heritage is to provide the means for this.

  • Tackling issues of our time requires a balanced view, understanding of current affairs and erudition in the Islamic sciences.
  • New ideologies and lifestyles need to be faced with a rational understanding of our faith.
  • People’s anxiety and uncertainty cry out for a voice of positivity and hope, trust in Allah and the mercy of the Prophet ﷺ.

Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi is one of very few scholars who provides this.

He conveys his legacy through educational media, reciting hadith and explaining religious texts, advising community leaders and individuals.

Born in Damascus, eloquent in Arabic and fluent in English, deeply rooted in the Sharia sciences, he inspires love for the Prophet ﷺ and connects to his Sunnah.

He is the author of “Refuting ISIS”, which has been published in many languages. He also wrote the Madkhal (Introduction to Sahih al-Bukhari), establishing the authority of Imam al-Bukhari; and the Shamail al-Habib al-Mustafa (The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ – His Beauty and Perfection).

He is ranked as one of the 37 most influential Muslims today by the Royal Aal al-Bayt Institute in Jordan.
