THE MEDIA PROJECT
This project has been the flagship of Scholarly Heritage, running over a period of five years. The filming began in 2019, and the last video series was released in 2024. Apart from producing and distributing the videos, the work also includes translation and subtitles, as well as handing out ijazas and gifting books. The project consists of four different parts presented below.

THE AQUIDA OF IMAM TAHAWI
Explained in English
A fundamental text, indispensable for every Muslim, stating the basis of the Sunni belief. It was compiled by Imam al-Tahawi in the 4th century AH, and is generally accepted among all Muslims.
Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi has taught the Tahawiyya a large number of times in different countries over the world. In this course, he gives an in-depth explanation in English. – A must-watch for every Muslim and non-Muslim!

THE 40 HADITHS OF IMAM NAWAWI
Taught in English
The foundations of Islam are summarized in this classical collection of forty-two hadiths, compiled by Imam al-Nawawi in the 7th century AH.
The hadiths are recited in Arabic and taught in English. with concise comments by Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi. These will be presented a series of short videos, one for each hadith.
The videos were released in December 2022.

SHAMAIL AL-HABIB AL-MUSTAFA ﷺ
Book & Video with English subtitles
A unique hadith collection about the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ – his Beauty and Perfection compiled by Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi.
The book was recited in Manchester in 2017 and then again in Istanbul in 2019 | 1441 AH.
The hadiths were recited in Arabic by Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi and recorded in a video series in 36 short episodes with with English subtitles.

Lecture series in English
On the life, works and impact of the author of Sahih al-Bukhari
This lecture series is based on Al-Madkhal – the Introduction to Sahih al-Bukhari, written by Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi in Arabic, and gives the English speaking audience insight into a masterpiece of the hadith literature.
With the authority of one of the world’s most prominent hadith masters, Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi illustrates why the Sahih is the most authentic book of hadith ever compiled and refuting claims of its inadequacy.
The author also sheds light on the life and character of Imam al-Bukhari; his methodology that has been the guiding example in the science of hadith; his teachers and students and chains of narration; as well as the adab of narrating Hadith of the Prophet ﷺ.
