In his lecture, Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi expertly dismantles and destroys the theological basis of the so called Islamic State. He details how ISIS bases its ideology on a superficial and literalist approach to the sacred texts of Islam, and concludes that ISIS does not represent Islam, that its declaration of a caliphate is invalid and that opposing ISIS is an obligation upon Muslims.

The lecture also addresses many general contemporary issues that Muslims from East to West today need guidance on.
